About Changshu Xingdali Knitting
Established in 1995, we manufacture two product series: microfiber products (microfiber cleaning cloth, microfiber towels and microfiber fabrics), organic cotton products (organic cotton towels, organic blankets, organic bed covers and organic garments). We export to Japan, North America, Europe, South Korea and the Hong Kong SAR. Now, we have $156 million fixed assets and 12,000-square-meter factory plants.
Three Different Factories
We have two factories respectively manufacturing tricots and garments, and one factory for dyeing and tidying. At our tricot factory, we have 11 KS4FBZ tricot machines made by Karlmayer and Kandelar in Germany to produce microfiber, cotton, C/T and ramie. At our dye & tidy factory, we own 12 classic dye vats and machines. And we use 130 heavy sewing machines imported from Japan to produce knitting cleanings, bathrobes, bath hats and bath towels at our garments factory.
20 New Products Annually
We have six R&D staff, each with more than 25 years experience in this field, to develop 20 new products each year.
300-ton Monthly Output
Our 400 employees turn out 300 tons of products to fill your orders, few manufacturers in mainland China can offer you such a high capacity - the most you can normally get is 100 tons.
Complete Processes Offered
We provide the complete process from knitting, dying, sewing to tiding in our industry of China, and other competitors in mainland China only can do part of these processes.
Self-Invented Product
Our organic cotton is formaldehyde free, and have been approved by OCIA (Organic Crop Improvement Association).
